We include everything you need to recreate your favorite mini sized balloon garland and give you the choice to create your own. With easy instructions your balloon garland is sure to be a highlight of your Halloween party. *Please note listing is for the mini balloon garland only. Size pictured is 3ft.

Garland kit includes:

• Assortment of 5" balloons in black, gray, chrome gold
• Optional balloon pump (highly recommend as the 5" balloons are difficult to inflate by mouth)
• A strip to attach all of the balloons.
• Easy instructions.

Balloon Warning: Adult supervision required because non-inflated balloons can be a choking hazard so please keep away from children.

Please note: Balloons will POP if overfilled; fill balloon SLOWLY!
